Form customization question

Hi, I'm not sure I understand that very well tell me if I'm wrong...
If I have 3 different templates and 1 user is manager and another regular user , does that mean I have to create 12 different sets to even allow myself as a manager to get access to all forms or is it somehting I'm not doing right ?

Can you clarify what your talking about as these are all very ambiguous. Explain what form is and what your trying to accomplish as well as what you mean by "manager to get access to all forms".

Can you please include any version information and name as well when referencing ModX and extras you have questions about.

Sure, basically, I am setting up things so that user can only modify content , so I set up form customization, disabling page setting tabs , alias etc .... doing this I realize that the same restriction is applied to me even logged in as Administrator, which I find strange as if I am logged in as Admin all those restrictions should be bypassed, I find it odd to have to create a form customization to allow myself to be able to create or update a document ... So there is surely something I'm missing here .... hope I was clearer .... english is not my first language so it can be difficult to understand what I mean sometimes! Let me know thank you. oups ... I found out what the issue was ... I only omitted to save when I added the gorup to the for customization settings ... I knew I was doing something wrong, could not be this way !!!sorry for wasting your time !!!Will be more carefull next time !!!
