Setting up an RSS feed in Evolution

I am completely new to RSS feeds. I see that i can use GetResources to set up a feed in Revolution but what can i use for Evolution.

To clarify, i want to make a blog available to readers. I don't want to get feeds into my site.

For Evo you can use Ditto to generate an RSS feed pretty easily, here is a link that will walk you through the process.
