Css not taken into account

Hi,
I just migrated my site from a server to another and I encounter the following pb:
Pages show as if css are not taken into account so they show without any styling info.... looking at the source code the links seem to be ok but if I click the links to the files nothing happens ... Any ideas would be welcome... many thanks

There are a few steps to ensure proper migration and the main one that gets overlooked is the removal of all the current cache files (/core/cache/*), try deleting all those files and reload. Then the next would be to ensure that all your path information is correctly configured in the config.inc.php files. If unsure then load the setup directory and run the update setup process to update all path information as needed.

As Charless says, you definitely want to run Setup in upgrade mode after any server move.
