OK. It is solved. It is a problem of https/http: In the htaccess we put a rule to switch all manager-pages to https which led to this problem.
Does anybody know a more recommended way to put a ssl-encryption on the login-site of modx-manager?

In many (not in all) Resources we are not able to change the template anymore. And the template is only shown by a number and not by its name anymore.
Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong in our settings/installation of MODx (2.1.3-pl)?
