I enter a Resource into a Resource Group and now i CAN'T access it.

When you connect a resource group to a user group with a Resource Group Access ACL entry, it protects the resources from *everyone* who is not in the User Group.
The solution is to add yourself to all User Groups with a role of Super User and a Policy of Resource.
