Fist Time User - Brand new Install went fine but --- The home resource page is not using the Basic Template for display and it is set to use the Basic Template. What am I missing?

Try editing the home page, selecting the base template, and saving it.

I didn't have anything in the content for the home page and was confused about the basic template.
It is working just fine - it is a 'ID10T' error.
