Hello all,
We have a web client running MODx 0.9.6 rev2767
and everything is working great using MODx under the following configuration and the customer is very happy.
PHP v5.2.4
MySQL 4.1.22
Apache server, Centos OS
[?] If we upgrade PHP to 5.2.4 and MySQL to 5.0, should the application still function properly OR are there known gotchas we should know about and address before hand.
Thank you
Jeric

I would *strongly* advise you to update to 1.0.5.
That wont be a three minute upgrade as a bunch of the plugins have changed, but *a lot* of security fixes have gone into the product since 096...
Evo (1.0.x) has the requirements as published on
http://modx.com/evolution/developer/requirements/
Thanks Mark,
Cant seem to locate a change log for these versions 0.9.6 to 1.0 Evolution.
Do you know if a change log exist?

096 is like three years or so old, so not sure where to get a changelog that far back...
The current changelog starting with 1.0.0 to 1.0.5 is here:
https://github.com/modxcms/evolution/blob/develop/install/changelog.txt
I may be able to track one back in some way old install packages hidden on my computer, but even without a changelog I can promise you that you are using a vulnerable release.
EDIT: Actually, just figured it would also be available at Git, lol. Here's the changelog packed with 1.0.0 which goes back all the way to MODx2 RC2 (that's before I even knew what a CMS was):
https://github.com/modxcms/evolution/blob/v1.0.0/install/changelog.txt
