This may be very simple. I do not want to have a separator, how can I remove or disable so their would be no gap between each of the crumbs. So the breadcrumbs would look similar to the MODx breadcrumbs with a nice smooth transitioning background.
    Thanks, Brian

I have tried this before, though there is still a space that breaks the background from meeting up. I have attached an image showing the space in blue

Did you try it with no space between the backticks? That should give you no separator at all.

Also, check the display in Firebug. It may an issue with the margin or padding or some other CSS attribute.

Yes I tried no spaces. I found the issue well it least when I drop the code into Dreamweaver.

Each span tag starts on its own line, I then removed the space so the code read </span><span class ...>, this made the space disappear, and looks the way I wanted it too.

How do I edit the breadcrumbs so the span tags renderer </span><span class ...> ?

Looking at the tpl chunks could they be merged so to flow as one or will this affect updates in the package manager. [ed. note: BrianCIWM last edited this post 15 years, 1 month ago.]

Issue solved, when the breadcrumbs package updated the previous version was conflicting with the update. So I removed all breadcrumbs folders and re-downloaded the breadcrumbs.

Works great and exactly how I wanted it, thanks.
