I am trying to add another email to the spform so that it will forward the contact form to my customer. I have tried adding it in the properties, but its not taking it. I am using the revolution Modx and the spform plugin.

If I'm understanding you, the easiest way is to add this property to the SPForm snippet tag (using the customer's actual email address):
