[PROBLEM] Package Manager Shows No Packages/Glitches

I was having trouble removing three packages from my Modx Revo installation. Even forcing package removal failed with errors. DocManager, FormIt and Janitor simply would not uninstall fully nor have their packages removed. I tried with DocManager and under components, I get "docmanager_desc" and the package is still in the package manager.

So suddenly, the package Manager now shows NO packages installed! Not even a full restore of the database from backup has done anything. The site is still functional, so the core components are still there.

Can anyone help me? This is out of my league.
