[solved] default template for different roles

Hi, I've set the default template as "admin",

unfortunately my Editor users don't see this setting applied and when they create a new resource another template appears as default.

Do I have to set specifically for each user the default-template setting?

If it's a System Setting, it should work for everyone. Do you have any Form Customization rules that might be changing it? Or a default_template User Setting?

well, I have a lot of Form Customization...
I've tried to set also the default_template User Setting but it didn't work.

In the Form Customization the template "unwanted" is set as default with the option:
modResource.parent=260

may be it overrides also the default setting?

I'm not sure, but I suspect that the Form Customization rules will override any settings (including user settings). Try deleting or disabling that FC rule (and any others that affect default templates) and see if the User setting takes effect.

In the end I resolved...by manually cleaning the cache!

May be also some settings are inserted in cache?
