Can anyone help me make this:

I feel like a complete noob, I've been trying to figure this out for about three months now...
If not can anyone tell me how I can do this?

or do you think it doesn't matter which one?

I think this one needs another javascript library.
I'll try to search one that fits with this.

E2G Module > Menu > Viewer > click on Highslide to edit, change the 'Image's link attribute'
