hi whath user and files need to be the modx files

any sugestion
the problem i put the files whith user and group root but when execute a move a upload file than created in a folder created by the script (user and group apache) give a error telling mod securiti user uid0 dont have acces to uid 44.
if change all modx files to apache group and user all go well but i dont know if its secure.
