I am stuck in this problem for a while and it should be very easy task to solve:

my html document in my modx is:

I have a pdf document inside. what is the file path of this pdf document I should put?

ernest, it depends on where the .pdf document file is on your site.

I put it in assets/templates/xx/images/brochures/

in my html, I try to put assets/templates/xx/images/brochures/xx.pdf
or
http://1xx.4x.1xx.x/modx/assets/templates/xx/images/brochures/xx.pdf

both way don't work...
