Hi, I'm looking for a component for allow visitors to register to a newsletter... save this names/mail and allow to send mass mail to these. Is it possible ?

The EmailResource package will send a single email of a resource with inline CSS anywhere you want. You could send it to MailChimp or another newsletter service and send it out from there.
Sending it to all members of a user group is on the roadmap for EmailResource and will be available in the future.

In my experience using inline CSS won't work across all email clients. the best option for email newsletters is Mailchimp ( in my opinion ),

dandibox, DitsNews is a newsletter component where users can subscribe to receive info about anything and also it has an admin area where you can create user groups, manage email templates, etc.
