Hey guys,
Just curious but what do you guys use when you need to work with a huge data set and MODx Evolution? Do you create a custom database / matching web interface from scratch or use a framework like CakePHP or CodeIgniter to get this done? And how do you go about "connecting" this with MODx (ex: using the module page)?

There is a module called DBEdit that is very handy for managing Evo custom tables.
