Quip form Not appearing

Hi,

I have problems with Quip.

1) I have 2.0.4 installed, so I tried to upgrade to 2.1.1. Unfortunately, installation just hangs, and the only thing I can do is reload the window. After re-running install, it tries to zip old version and after zipping it hangs again. Can I delete some folders or something to make it install successfully? I think I actually had it installed previously, but that just made ALL QuipReply forms not display so I reverted back to 2.0.4. I think I know why now, so I tried to upgrade again.
Also wanted to note that even tho it states 2.1.1. status not installed (now the upgrade failed), comments work as with 2.0.4.

2) is there a way to make comments look different when posted by Administrators or other special groups?

3) I noticed in the quip comment header is a link with the name of the poster. That link points to http://sitename/webadress_of_that_user , is that correct? Unfortunatelly I found noway to turn it off or make the link absolute (eg. http://webadress_of_that_user ).
