Hi Lucas, any update on resolving your Site5 hosting issues? Did you manage to get APC installed, and did you have to upgrade the VPS?
I was surprised at the response they gave you, as I had a look at their site, and they actually have a few 'modx' pages and claim to have modx experts on board eg
