I get the following error when trying to say edits to my template variables. It's only happening when I try to edit the home page TV's
"Please correct the errors in your form before submitting".
Can anyone tell me how I can solve this problem.

I came across the same error.
In my situation, it appeared to be generated whenever a TV is created with an 'Allow blank' option set to 'No'.
To correct, I simply made sure to set the value for the new TV on pages I'm making changes to.
