Publishing site...

I know this is a pretty basic question, but honestly, it has me confused. I am hosting with Site5.com and ready to publish a site. I had only been able to load a "we are building page" under the public_html folder. Obviously, that does not help me when it comes to actually publishing the full site created with modx. Is there a simple instruction page that can walk me thru it? I have not been able to find such a thing. Please feel free to post on this topic or pm me comments/advice privately.

I'm not sure what you mean by "publish a site," but if there is an index.html file in public_html, you may have to delete or rename it before MODX will be able to route requests using index.php.

Thanks folks. virtualbear, I'll pull up the link right now and review it. I know it's going to be something really simple that I haven't done yet... But that's part of the learning curve with modx for me!
