Logged in to the manager, and now we can’t see any of the directory tree structure.

All the files are there, although it seems as if some of the parameters have been reset.
    We get the following error:

    « MODx Parse Error »
MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
« Execution of a query to the database failed - Table ’./mydomain/vs5090_1_site_content’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired »

Running MODx 0.9.2.1 (rev 1005) on whitebox linux.

How can we rebuild the site content table huh

This is a MySQL issue; you will need to follow instructions available from MySQL documentation to "repair" the table...

      http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/repair.html

This can also be done directly from phpMyAdmin from the Operations tab for a specific table.
