How to create tv based selector

I have a TV named 'brand', possible values are 'Caro Casa==1||Red&Black==2||Virtus==3' etc. I need to create on a frontend auto generated selector based on possible values of that TV, like

<select>
    <option disabled>Choose brand</option>
    <option value="1">Caro Casa</option>
    <option value="2">Red&Black</option>
    <option value="3">Virtus</option>
</select>

don't know how to get this values list out of the base...
help me, please!

Thank you, but it is not what I needed! I need to generate out of Template Variable values 'Caro1||Red&Black==2||Virtus==3' select box [ed. note: namemy last edited this post 15 years ago.]

FormIt can definitely do that for you but you'll need to make it:

Caro Casa==1||Red&Black==2||Virtus==3
