Dear MODX-Team,
today, I tried to login to the forum using my usual user name and password. Although I took the same password as always, I was rejected.
So, I tried to do the Reset procedure to get a new password. I put in my username into the field and sent the form but I did not get any email. Thereafter, I also tried the same in the field below and used my email-address but nothing happened.
Now, I registered a new name (the activation email came within seconds) but would like to use my "old" nickname which I use since 4 years already. What can I do to re-activate my old account?
