[Resolved] Form Has Already Been Submitted - Error

Scenario:
I have a resource that is using JS to allow the user to select which type of product they'd like to 'configure'.

There are 4 eform calls on this page each calling it's respective forms. Depending on which selection / form is used, the user is given it's respective "thank you" page. This is working and has been working just fine. Client receives the respective Report for each form without error.

The Issue:
In IE, when the user submits the form, they get a message; even if it's their 1st time on the form, This form was already submitted succesfully. There is no need to submit your information multiple times.

Even though the user gets this message, the client still gets the form without issue. But the user thinks they did something wrong and tries to fill it out again...and again, thus sending multiple emails to the client.
