How do I make my site a Provider as well?

    I've installed packman into my site, http://alpha-byte.ca/ and made a couple packages I'd like to use in other revolution installs as well.

    How do I set things up so alpha-byte.ca can be added to my list of Package Providers?

      packman is for creating your own packages, you can then upload them to the MODX Repository or directly to the other websites. Running your own MODX Repository would require a bit more work, and something there isn't an extra to do (that I am aware of)

        The easiest way is to simply upload the packages to core/packages and searching locally.

        I bet there'll be more transport providers popping up in the future but besides that it's not easy to set up (at least not in a very scalable/maintainable way) you'll also have to stay up to date with how the MODX provider & package manager evolves.
