I really need a help. I cant duplicate resource with all of it contains. It only duplicate the resources without the child resources. Thank you in advance.

Try updating to 2.1.3. That did the trick for me.
You may or may not want to use the code I write. It's probably all against the syntax rules of php and MODx.
Carpet Cleaning
In the former versions a resource is duplicated without the children if you use the "Duplicate" button to the right - despite it says the opposite; in so far it is (or was) a bug.
But if you do a right click on the resource in the tree and choose "Duplicate Resource" in the unfolding context menu, you get a dialog containing a checkbox you tick if you want the children included.
