Problem With tinyMCE as a form field

Hi There

I have set the tineyMCE as a form field after I downloaded the Ext.ux.TinyMCE.min.js

and the WYSIWYG is showing fine on my form, but some buttons does not work, such as the image, link, and the html

and every time I click on one of them I get the error on firebug (b[d.xtype || e] is not a constructor)

Ext.js version 3.4.0
TineyMCE version 3.4.2

I hope someone came across this issue and solved it, or someone might direct me to any thread there, I searched about this issue but in vain
