what happens, when you use
{"field":"image","caption":"image","inputTVtype":"image"},
its not necessary to create a TV for each field, you can use just the inputTVtype - configuration for input-types other than simple textbox
issues can be:
is the output-type of your image-TV other than the default (text) ?
did you assign your image-TV to any template?

It works perfectly now, thanks, it was the "inputTVtype", i have one more question, is there a way to make [[+idx]] start at 0 ?
