Hi,
I have installed MODX on my hosting and changed the site name to "English name - Russian name" where the russian name is cyrilic text.
The problem is the system writers "?" instead russian text (in the admin panel and site's title).
I have written russian text on Home page and checked the result. The result is same - "?".
How to fix it?
p.s. IN the installation process I have choosen UTF-8 General.
