When I login into the manager it seems that the page is not fully loading. (Screenshot)
The page contains a few JavaScript errors and I can't use it like this.
    I can't use the navigation.. I can't use anything.

Is there someone who can help me with this problem?

    Thanks in advanced!

If you open that config file that is giving the mime error (connectors/layout), does it have any content?

If you check the Network tab when opening the manager, do you get any 404/500 errors? May need a force request to show all files in there.

      Anything in core/cache/logs/errors.log?

Is it only this page? Can you open the dropdown and visit any other pages?

I've had this happen due to a .htaccess rewrite rule when I was attempting to divert all requests on a manager subdomain to the manager subfolder.

It's because some components in the manager pages are trying to pull assets (such as javascript) from the /connectors/ folder, which obviously didn't work in my case when the .htaccess rule rewrote it to /manager/connectors/

As the previous posted suggested, I would look in the network tab to see which /connector request is failing, and enter it manually into the address bar. Possibly the $modx_connectors_url is misconfigured in config.inc.php, or an .htaccess rule is rewriting the request so that /connectors can't be found at the site root.

Hehe, I've had days where I tried to put the manager in a different subdomain as well (with the site and assets on the main domain) but if you manage to get the paths right, you will end up with cross-domain javascript AJAX request errors with components. Couldn't get it right, but was a great experiment.

Thanks for te quick replies! smiley

I think it's a .htaccess problem then since I didn't move any folder on the server.

When I come home I will try all the suggestions!!

            I'll keep you all updated!!
