Retrieving a TV input label

Say I've got a List TV



The values 1,2,3,4 are stored in the database.

On a page how do I display the label e.g if database stores 3 then output 'Brides magazine'

The simplest solution is to use: Asiana Magazine = = Asiana Magazine||Best Magazine = = Best Magazine
But this is not really good if you want to do changes to it
