I'm trying to restrict an element category to my "Administrator" group by adding it to the group as a new element category. Every time I try, though, the "Access Policy" dropdown is blank -- it just says "(no policy)", even though all four default policy templates are still in place (see attached screenshot).
What am I doing wrong?
