problem, MovePublished 1.0.0-pl, checkbox doesn't stay checked, how fix??

I installed MovePublished 1.0.0-pl into our Revo site...
Recently had to add some content...
Checked MovePublished to make the item published...

Checkbox does not stay checked even though status IS 'published,' why??
How to fix??

What version of MODX are you using?

When I developed it my tests on 2.0.8 and 2.1.1 or so all went fine.

Are you using any form customizations?
