Listing Snippet?

Hi all,

I’m searching something, snippet or whatever, for making kind of a list like:
http://modxcms.com/resource-listing.html&tags=communication

I imagine to have quite a simple list with different items, all with a title, short description, image ...
Clicking on the title or the image, you then get to the page with all the details ...

thanks, Simon
