Please help the next guy!

I'm new here, and I rely on this forum for support on common issues, usually regarding my own stupidity in learning a new system.

Please, PLEASE!

If you post a problem here, and find your own solution, please don't just say "Never mind, I figured it out"

Tell the rest of us what you found! People like me are bound to come along with the same newbie questions, find your original questions, and.... nothing.

Please help the next guy. If you found a solution, or an error in your code, let the rest of us know about it.

Oh, and if you have a question, ASK IT! Once I've failed to find any relevant links using search, I find myself scrolling through the topic titles looking for anything that might help.

"I have a question" doesn't help.

If you have a question, try your best to get some relevant keywords up into the title. It really helps... really, it does!

That really does help, and will get a lot more people looking at your post.

One more thing - remember that everyone here is contributing in their own time and are not paid to help you. If someone helps you out, a simple 'thank you' goes a long way
