ok how many modxers or their clients use Google Analytics to the full or just a part of the stats it can supply.
If you or your clients only use part which stats are most important to you/them and would it be helpful to have these in one place (ie within the manager).

Yes that's one way of doing it and custom reporting too. This is just an idea really. A summary of analytics available in the manager, so it can be seen in the same place they go to update it.
I can see some people preferring it to either logging in some where different of having it in their inbox, maybe I'm wrong that's why I'm asking the question.
If you're thinking of building some kind of GA addon, it would be nice to have a 'dashboard' page with key metrics (visits, time on site, bounce rate, traffic source, goals, conversions, etc). In fact it would be great to integrate that into the manager welcome page.
I know many of my clients seem to just glaze over when we get into analytics. Some of them are really into metrics in other areas of their business, but they don't have the time to learn how to use GA and can never remember which report is where. Having just a few key figures available might really be useful there.
I would say though, for 'power users' there would be little point in reinventing the wheel (with a more complex implementation) when all that functionality is there in the full GA account.
My thoughts exactly lucas. I'm not talking major stuff, just some simple summary bits. That's why I want to know what stats would be most valuable.
I'd be happy to help with coding this if you need assistance. I have a rough but working GA snippet that can query the api for anything you want...
