Password Reset Email Not Received

howdy

forgot my password, so cannot login to manager.

the password reset form says "Password Reset Activation email sent", but i never received it.

i don't know if this is relevant, but my database system_settings table contains:

what can i do to make password email reset work?

What platform are you on?

Try installing QuickEmail and see if it sends you a message.

The mail() function may be disabled (or non-existent if you're on your local machine). In that case, you'd need to use SMTP with the proper settings.
