Can not log in at the backend (Revo ver. 2.0.6-9)

Can not log in at the backend Revo ver. 2.0.6-9, no matter what I try. Email address to receive a new one will also not accept.
When I look in "modx_user_attributes" mailaddress is correct.
Has Google 3-4 hours, but must give up, how do I reset the user name and password, if that is the problem.
