I’m using MODx on a site for a non-technical user. Currently the site is setup using the example blog that I just restyled. They can currently make postings to the site and edit them through quickedit but they’ll need more options. I’ve done some reading and its my understanding that MODx does not currently support the ability to do things like moving/deleting pages through quickedit (the sooner this is implemented the better!). I’m wondering if there is a way for me to impliment these features without requiring them to go through the manager. Looking for guidance on the best way I might do this or if I should just take the time to teach them the manager. Any help appreciated, thanks.

just out of curiosity would it be possible to provide any idea on when these features will be available for use outside of the manager? are they slated for inclusion in the next version or are we looking closer to version 2 or something like that?

I’ve got zero clue there, and I’ve got a pretty good pulse on all things MODx. Sorry!
