Is this possible to have a similar plugin in MODx.

It will be super good if it can be ported/achieved.

This would definitely be a cool feature. I’d planned on implementing a multi-page system similar to Mambo’s MosPageBreak where you type in something like {(BREAK)} and it paginates.... I’ll work on it when I have the time... Prolly be at least a month before you’ll see a working version from me, but It’s definitely something I’ll do.

UPDATE: Hey, check out what I found: Pagination Plugin. Why re-invent the wheel? I may make some modifications though so it uses the more obvious OnParseDocument event, but there ya go!

That was quick. Thanks a lot.

I did try the Pagination Plugin... its nice and it works, but one issue though... it requires the document to be un-cached. This is a drawback as document caching is a life-saver in shared hosting scenarios. Can this sort of plugin working with cached documents.

        cheers!

I have an idea that might fix the issue, but I’ll have to look in to it and see if it’s possible...
