403 error when trying to save root page

hi all,

I just install my first modx for client,

after installation when i’m trying to edit & save the root page, i’m getting 403 error and the chages don’t saved.

i can create new pages and edit them, only the root is the problem.

i’m installing on linux/apache,

Inside the manager check whether the following setting is set to "Yes":
tools -> configuration -> user -> Allow root

It was set to no, and I changed it to yes, but i still get the error.
