I’ve been developing a site on my powerbook using MAMP (Mac Apache/PHP stack) and I’d like to generate a static version I mail the client as a zipfile just so the client can get their paws on a "this is what it’s going to look like after we go live" version.

So, I click "Export HTML," select "yes" to "include non-cachable files," specify no prefix and the default (.html) suffix, and click "start export."

every page in my tree gives an error similar to the following:

    Exporting file 0 of 41
    Home, id 1
    Failed! Could not retrieve document.

I can still browse the site locally and use the Manager with no problems, so I don’t think it’s a database problem.

Is this broken in general or am I doing something wrong?

(Mac OS X 10.4.8 on a Powerbook G4 using the MAMP stack from living-e.de, if that helps)
