i recently turned capcha verification on , and i used cookies and my enter key several times to log in.... unfortunately now it says ive been blocked ...from my own site !
how can i get back in? is it just a case of waiting ?
im sorry i havnt read the support docs for this , i need a quick answer, i did try searching forums but found nothing.

I think the block is for an hour; you can go into the database and clear the block manually.
hmmm its been well over an hour and i still cant log in..
stupid thing. how do i unblock myself?
best thing is if i try from another ip adress isnt it ?
