Hi
The fck editor had a great feature a template feature. But does anybody know if a similar extensions is available to Tinymce.
I’ve not heard of one, and it doesn’t seem to be available when you switch TinyMCE to advanced mode.
Why would you need one though jsut out of interest? MODx has it’s own templating system.
Hi Pete
I am creating a site for a sound recording company and i think the fck template feature was a great addition because my client wants many different templates and he must have the ability to create a lot of blocks so the template feature from fck would be a nice and easy solution for him. Instead of multiple richtexteditors in the backend. Say you have a left column and a right column and a teaserbox thats already three richtext boxes in the backend.
I know there is a lot of possibilities doing this for example with the inherited value for TV but for this person it would be great to use this feature
