    In my website I have the menu-structure like this:

    [Main]
    [News]
    •news_category_1
    •news_category_2
    •news_category_3
    [Articles]
    •articles_category_1
    •articles_category_2
    •articles_category_3
    •articles_category_4
    [Blog]

    The top-level menu [Main][News][Articles][Blog] outputs at the top of page. The second-level menu must appears at the right side of page, and it must outputs accordingly to active item of top-level menu. For example, if I click [News], I must see on right side of page "•news_category_1", "•news_category_2", "•news_category_3".

    HOW TO DO THIS WITH WAYFINDER?

    For top-level menu I use this snippet:

    [[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`1` &hereClass=`current`]]

      For your submenue you could use the ultimateParent-Snippet. Call your submenue like this:

      [!Wayfinder? &startId=`[[UltimateParent]]`  !]

      And the main menue:

      [[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`1` &hideSubMenus=`true`]]

        Thanks, but... Does "&hereClass=`current`" work with second-level menu? I have call snippet like this:
        [!Wayfinder? &startId=`[[UltimateParent]]` &level=`1` &hereClass=`current`!]

        Where "current" is the class for current item:
        #sidemenublock li.current a {
        border-left: 1px solid #ffffff;
        border-top:1px solid #909090;
        border-bottom:1px solid #909090;
        background:#ffffff;
        padding:3px 4px 3px 8px;
        margin:0px 0px 0px -1px;
        }

        But this don’t works... Please, look at the sidemenu here: http://fotoalbum.ho.com.ua/hard-reviews.html and try to navigate there. The problem very similar to this: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,11385.0.html but I already took into consideration those fixes, and don’t even know what happens again...

          I have forgotten what all this means wink but it works on a website. There is no &hereClass, but a &selfClass:

          This is the call:

          [!Wayfinder? &startId=`[[UltimateParent]]` &hideSubMenus=`false` &titleOfLinks=`longtitle` &hereClass=`` &selfClass=`aktiv`  &lastClass=`` &hereTpl=`navi_aktiv` &outerTpl=`id_nav_unter`  !]

          This is the &hereTpl:

          <li><a href="[+wf.link+]" title="[+wf.title+]" [+wf.classes+]>[+wf.linktext+]</a>[+wf.wrapper+]</li>

          And here comes the &outerTpl

          <ul id="nav_unter">
          [+wf.wrapper+]
          </ul>
