Looking to hire a developer for a MODx site

I have no idea if this is the right place to post this, but just wanted to let everyone know that we are looking for a PHP/mySQL developer, HTML coder and CMS inserter (is that word?? ) for an upcoming job.

Alas I would offer to do this one but with the exchange rate of the Canadian Dollar to the Britsh Pound, my estimate would automatically come out twice as much as anyone on the other side of the pond.

I would do it for $1000 if I just had the time
