hi
i have read some of the posts on this forum about moving from server to server and i have become stuck. Basically i have created my modx site here
http://www.ebugogo.dreamhosters.com/mod2/modx-0.9.5/ I want to move it to here
http://www.ebugogo.tv/main/ or /main3 i have installed the module modback and made a backup of my site and database to a folder on my server. i have downloaded these to my harddrive.. not completely sure what to do next really..
Do i unzip the site back up on my harddrive and then upload it to this main 3 folder. My ebugogo.tv domain is on the same server as the testing one. should it link up to the database on its own. Will it be a problem if i have created the test site in mod2/modx-0.9.5 and just put it into the main3 folder on ebugogo.tv?
cheers if anyone can talk me through this. its daunting the first time.
