I am trying to edit a page, and even though I have the rich-text box checked, the editor is not showing up.
It did show up earlier, I don’t know what happened.
Running MODx 0.9.5
I’d be glad to give manager login via PM.

you test the tv have cheked the template using in the page?
I’m not quite sure what you mean. The [*content*] TV appears fine, and when I edit a page, the content appears in the edit area. It appears as if I had unchecked the Rich-Text box, which I didn’t. In the drop-down box under the content, TinyMCE is selected.

More often than not, when testing new releases of MODx or even just updating some of the JS used in it, I find that FF caches the JS files and uses them until I clear the cached data locally.
