Navigation like in modxcms.com

i have a simple question:
how do i have to write my navigationstring that the functionality is like the one in the modxcms mainsite.
i.e. it only folds out the subnavigation if you click the parent link.
that is what i want

Our navigation is actually a heavily modified version of DropMenu I’d not recommend using. The rest can be accomplished (and ours will be updated) to Wayfinder with the appropriate calls.

In wayfinder, that would be done using &hideSubMenus=`1` parameter

ive done that with css:
#navi li ul li.here{
display:block;
}
#navi li ul li{
display:none;
}

...similar like that

so you can also fold in and out smoothely by javascript
