I tried to reinstall without QuickEdit, but nothing changed.
So, enough. I have installed XAMPPLite and tried to run MODx with it. Aaaand... It’s much better:):):) Now everything is ok. At this moment i don’t see any problem. It’s just very interesting, what’s wrong with my old servers configuration...
